Aggregate using oyster shell and its manufacturing method
The present invention relates to an aggregate composition including oyster shells and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the aggregate composition is configured by including 10 to 40% by weight of oyster shells, 25 to 40% by weight of sand, 1 to 15% by weight of fly ash, and 1 to 15% by weight of silica fume so as to expand use for utilizing a waste resource while reducing marine pollution and simultaneously improve mechanical properties such as tensile strength and chemical properties such as an antibacterial effect.
본 발명은 굴껍질을 포함하는 골재 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게 설명하면, 굴껍질 10 내지 40 중량%, 모래 25 내지 40 중량%, 후라이애쉬 1 내지 15 중량% 및 실리카흄 1 내지 15 중량%를 포함하여 구성됨에 따라 해양오염을 줄임과 동시에 폐자원을 활용할 수 있는 용도를 확대하고, 인장강도와 같은 기계적 물성 및 항균 효과와 같은 화학적 물성을 동시에 개선할 수 있다.
