Recuperation instrument mounted temporary tent winder and temporary tent construction method for slab recuperation using the same
The present invention provides a temporary tent winder mounted on a curing machine and a temporary tent constructing method for providing an all-weather work space and curing a slab using the same, wherein the temporary tent winder can be repetitively used according to height of a construction layer without dismantling the same, reduce a friction and a drive load when the temporary tent is unwound and wound, minimize a winding volume of the temporary tent, and at the same time, easily roll up the temporary tent. The temporary tent winder according to a proper embodiment of the present invention comprises: a pair of winding shaft installation stands installed at both sides of the upper part of a hoisting head side of the curing machine to be spaced apart at a regular interval; a winding shaft slider slidingly coupled to each of the pair of winding shaft installation stands to be movable up and down; a temporary tent winding shaft supported at the winding shaft slider to be able to rotate; a winding motor arranged near one end of the temporary tent winding shaft to drive normal and reverse rotation of the temporary tent winding shaft; and a guide jig mounted on the winding shaft installation stands to inhibit rotation of the winding motor on its axis and at the same time to automatically adjust a vertical position of the winding motor in order to correspond to a height change of a central axis of the temporary tent winding shaft when the temporary tent is wound.
본 발명은 가설천막 권취기의 해체없이 시공층의 높이를 따라 반복적인 사용이 가능하고, 가설천막의 풀림과 감을시 마찰과 구동부하를 줄일 수 있으며, 가설천막의 감김 부피를 최소화시킴과 동시에 가설천막을 손쉽게 걷어낼 수 있도록 한 보양기계에 탑재된 가설천막 권취기 및 이를 이용한 전천 후 작업 공간의 제공과 슬래브의 보양을 위한 가설 천막의 시공 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 적절한 실시 형태에 따른 가설천막 권취기는, 보양기계의 인양헤드측 상부의 양쪽에 일정 간격을 두고 설치된 한 쌍의 권취샤프트 설치대와; 한 쌍의 권취샤프트 설치대에 각기 상하로 이동가능하도록 슬라이딩 결합되어어 있는 권취샤프트 슬라이더와; 상기 권취샤프트 슬라이더에 회전가능하게 지지되어 있는 가설천막 권취샤프트과; 상기 가설천막 권취샤프트의 일단에 가까이 배치되어 가설천막 권취샤프트을 정역 회전 구동시키는 권취모터와; 상기 권취샤프트 설치대에 장착되어 권취모터의 자전을 억제함과 동시에 가설천막의 권취시 가설천막 권취샤프트의 중심축 높낮이 변화에 대응하기 위해 권취모터의 상하 위치가 자동 조절되도록 하는 가이드 지그;를 포함한 것을 특징으로 한다.
