본 발명은 건축물의 외벽에 삽입 설치되어 고정되며 외벽에 설치되는 단열재를 지지하는 보강지지대를 구비하여 두께에 관계없이 단열재를 안정적으로 지지함과 아울러 단열재에 압력이 고르게 분산되어 단열재의 형상이 변형되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한 보강지지대가 구비된 외벽 고정용 앵커에 관한 것이다. 건축물의 외벽(50)에 천공된 구멍(55)에 삽입되며 끝단 부분에 외측으로 확장되는 날개부(12)가 구비되고 외주면에 나사산(11)이 형성된 앵커볼트; 건축물의 외벽(50)에 설치되는 단열재(60)의 두께와 동일한 길이를 가지며 일측 단부가 건축물의 외벽(50)에 밀착되며 상기 앵커볼트(10)가 삽입되는 보강지지대(30); 상기 앵커볼트(10)의 나사산(11)에 체결되어 단열재(60)를 지지 및 고정하는 너트(20) 및 와셔(25); 그리고 상기 단열재(60)의 외면에 밀착되도록 상기 앵커볼트(10)에 삽입되며 상기 너트(20)에 의해 단열재(60)에 작용하는 압력을 분산시키는 일정 크기의 압력분산판(40)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to an outer wall fixing anchor having a reinforcing support, which is inserted and installed in the outer wall of a building to be fixed thereto, has a reinforcing support for supporting an insulating material installed on the outer wall, thereby stably supporting the insulating material regardless of the thickness, and evenly distributing pressure to the insulating material, thereby preventing the shape of the insulating material from being deformed. The outer wall fixing anchor having a reinforced support comprises: an anchor bolt inserted into a hole (55) drilled in the outer wall (50) of the building, having a wing portion (12) extending outward at an end portion thereof, and having a thread (11) formed on the outer circumferential surface thereof; a reinforcing support (30) which has a length equal to the thickness of the insulating material (60) installed on the outer wall (50) of the building and has one end closely contacting the outer wall (50) of the building, and into which the anchor bolt (10) is inserted; a nut (20) and a washer (25) which are fastened to the thread (11) of the anchor bolt (10) to support and fix the insulating material (60); and a pressure distribution plate (40) of a predetermined size which is fitted onto the anchor bolt (10) to closely contact the outer surface of the insulating material (60) and distribute the pressure acting on the insulating material (60) by the nut (20).

The present invention relates to an outer wall fixing anchor having a reinforcing support, which is inserted and installed in the outer wall of a building to be fixed thereto, has a reinforcing support for supporting an insulating material installed on the outer wall, thereby stably supporting the insulating material regardless of the thickness, and evenly distributing pressure to the insulating material, thereby preventing the shape of the insulating material from being deformed.
