The present invention relates to a center console box cover capable of changing the opening and closing direction and, more specifically, to a center console box, having a locking apparatus hinged to both lateral sides of a front area and a rear area of the center console box cover so as to selectively change the opening and closing direction. Moreover, the center console box comprises: a console body having a hinge groove; a cover unit hinged to an upper portion of the console body and capable of being opened and closed; and a locking apparatus fixing the cover unit to the console body.
