MANUFACTURING METHOD OF LOESS PANEL WITH SEMI-INCOMBUSTIBILITY AND SOUND ABSORPTION
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a loess hypocaust panel with semi-incombustibility and sound absorption. According to the present invention, the method comprises the following steps of: (S10) mixing 5 to 30 parts by weight of a curing agent and 10 to 20 parts by weight of a rubber composition with respect to 100 parts by weight of loess powder and stirring the mixture to produce a primary mixture; (S20) mixing 5 to 20 parts by weight of a flame retardant with respect to 100 parts by weight of polyester polyol (PPG) and stirring the mixture to prepare a secondary mixture; (S30) mixing and stirring the first mixture and the second mixture at a weight ratio of 1 : 1 to prepare a tertiary mixture; (S40) mixing methylene diisocyanate (MDI) with the tertiary mixture in a weight ratio of 1 : 1 to 1.7 to prepare a quaternary mixture; and (S50) putting the quaternary mixture into a foaming mold forming machine and performing foaming, drying, and demolding to complete a loess hypocaust panel. Accordingly, the loess hypocaust panel can increase semi-incombustibility and sound absorption by flame retardant and foam molding.
본 발명은 준불연성과 흡음성을 갖는 황토구들장 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 이를 위해 황토분말 100중량부에 대해 경화제 5 ~ 30중량부 및 고무조성물 10 ~ 20중량부를 혼합하여 교반한 후 1차 혼합물을 생성하는 S10단계;와, 폴리에스테르 폴리올(PPG) 100중량부에 대해 난연제 5 ~ 20중량부 교반한 후 2차 혼합물을 생성하는 S20단계;와, 상기 1차 혼합물과 2차 혼합물을 1 : 1 중량비로 혼합하여 교반한 후 3차 혼합물을 생성하는 S30단계;와, 상기 3차 혼합물에 메틸렌 디이소시아네이트(MDI)를 1 : 1 ~ 1.7중량비로 혼합한 4차 혼합물로 생성하는 S40단계;와, 상기 4차 혼합물을 발포금형성형기에 투입 발포시켜 건조후 탈형하여 황토구들장을 완성하는 S50단계;를 포함하되, 상기 S50단계의 황토구들장은 난연제와 발포 성형에 의해 준불연성 및 흡음성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
