THERMAL INSULATION WATERPROOFING REPAIR METHOD TO IMPROVE THE PERFORMANCE OF ASPHALT SHINGLE IN APARTMENT HOUSES
The present invention relates to a thermal insulation waterproofing repair method for improving the performance of asphalt shingles in an apartment house and, more specifically, to a thermal insulation waterproofing repair method for improving the performance of asphalt shingles in an apartment house, which can realize an energy saving effect of a building through excellent thermal insulation performance, improve the durability of the building by exhibiting excellent waterproofness, and maintain a repair effect continuously even after repair. To this end, the repair method comprises the steps of: removing foreign substances remaining on the surface of the asphalt shingle; replacing a damaged portion of the asphalt shingle from which the foreign substances has been removed, and repairing a cracked portion and an edge; forming an undercoat layer by applying an undercoat agent to the surface of the replaced and repaired asphalt shingle; preparing an asphalt shingle repair composition by mixing and stirring an asphalt shingle waterproofing agent and a high elasticity putty repair agent; forming a heat-shielding waterproof layer by applying the asphalt shingle repair composition on the surface of the asphalt shingle on which the undercoat layer is formed; re-applying the asphalt shingle repair composition to the asphalt shingle on which the heat-shielding waterproof layer is formed; and forming a top coat layer by applying a water-based paint to waterproof the asphalt shingle to which the asphalt shingle repair composition has been re-applied.
본 발명은 공동주택 아스팔트 슁글 성능 향상을 위한 차열 방수 보수 공법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는, 우수한 차열 성능을 통해 건축물의 에너지 절감 효과를 실현하고, 뛰어난 방수성을 나타내어 건축물의 내구성을 증진시키며, 보수 후에도 보수 효과를 지속적으로 유지할 수 있는, 공동주택 아스팔트 슁글 성능 향상을 위한 차열 방수 보수 공법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해, 상기 보수 공법은 아스팔트 슁글 표면에 잔류하는 이물질을 제거하는 단계; 상기 이물질이 제거된 아스팔트 슁글의 파손된 부위를 교체하고, 균열된 부위 및 가장자리를 보수하는 단계; 상기 교체 및 보수된 아스팔트 슁글의 표면에 하도제를 도포하여 하도층을 형성하는 단계; 아스팔트 슁글 방수제 및 고탄성 퍼티 보수제를 혼합 교반하여 아스팔트 슁글 보수용 조성물을 제조하는 단계; 상기 하도층이 형성된 아스팔트 슁글의 표면에 상기 아스팔트 슁글 보수용 조성물을 도포하여 차열 방수층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 차열 방수층이 형성된 아스팔트 슁글에 상기 아스팔트 슁글 보수용 조성물을 재도포하는 단계; 및 상기 아스팔트 슁글 보수용 조성물이 재도포된 아스팔트 슁글에 방수용 수성 도료를 도포하여 상도층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a thermal insulation waterproofing repair method for improving the performance of asphalt shingles in an apartment house and, more specifically, to a thermal insulation waterproofing repair method for improving the performance of asphalt shingles in an apartment house, which can realize an energy saving effect of a building through excellent thermal insulation performance, improve the durability of the building by exhibiting excellent waterproofness, and maintain a repair effect continuously even after repair.
