PC Construction method of seismic retrofit system using pc panel
The present invention relates to a construction method of a seismic reinforcement system using a PC reinforcing panel, which is easy to construct and can secure excellent seismic reinforcement performance by closely installing a PC reinforcement panel in a vertical direction on the front surface of a support member constructed on the front surface of a beam of an existing frame and fixing the PC reinforcement panel with a large-diameter dowel bar. The seismic reinforcement system for reinforcing the existing frame including columns and beams comprises: a support member installed on the front surface of the beam; a PC reinforcing panel installed on the front surface of the existing frame in a vertical direction and getting in close contact with the front surface of the support member; and a large-diameter dowel bar installed through the PC reinforcing panel, the support member, and the beam. The construction method of the seismic reinforcement system comprises: a step (a) of forming a through hole in a beam of the existing frame and chipping the front surface of the beam to process the surface; a step (b) of placing a support member to form a through hole communicating with the through hole of the beam in the front surface of the beam; a step (c) of installing a PC reinforcing panel on the front of an existing frame so as to be in close contact with the front surface of the support member; and a step (d) of installing and fixing the large-diameter dowel bar through the PC reinforcing panel, the support member, and the beam.
본 발명은 기존 프레임의 보 전면에 시공된 지지부재의 전면에 수직 방향으로 PC 보강패널을 밀착 설치하고 대구경 다월바로 고정함으로써, 시공이 용이하면서도 우수한 내진 보강 성능을 확보할 수 있는 PC 보강패널을 이용한 내진 보강 시스템의 시공 방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명은 기둥과 보로 구성된 기존 프레임을 보강하기 위해, 상기 보의 전면에 시공되는 지지부재; 상기 기존 프레임의 전면에 수직 방향으로 설치되는 것으로, 상기 지지부재의 전면에 밀착되는 PC 보강패널; 및 상기 PC 보강패널과 지지부재와 보를 관통하여 설치되는 대구경 다월바; 로 구성되는 PC 보강패널을 이용한 내진 보강 시스템을 시공하기 위한 것으로, (a) 기존 프레임의 보에 관통공을 형성하는 한편, 보의 전면을 치핑하여 면 처리하는 단계; (b) 상기 보의 전면에 상기 보의 관통공과 연통되는 관통공이 형성되도록 지지부재를 타설하는 단계; (c) 상기 지지부재의 전면에 밀착되도록 PC 보강패널을 기존 프레임의 전면에 설치하는 단계; 및 (d) 상기 대구경 다월바를 PC 보강패널과 지지부재와 보를 관통하여 설치하여 고정하는 단계; 로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
