Artificial rock capable of moss vegetation and its manufacturing method
The present invention relates to an artificial rock capable of growing moss and a method for manufacturing the same. In particular, moss can grow on the surface of an artificial rock, and thus it is possible to create a natural look rock, as well as to ensure effects of maintaining humidity and purifying the air through moss. The method includes the steps of: a) placing moss on the molding surface of an artificial rock mold; b) applying mortar, to which SiO_2 powder, TiO_2 powder, Al_2O_3 powder, Fe_2O_3 powder, FeO powder, MnO powder, MgO powder, CaO powder, and P_2O_5 powder are added, to the artificial rock mold in which the moss is arranged to a certain thickness to form a moss surface layer; c) seating a reinforcing mesh on the moss surface layer; and d) forming a general mortar layer by applying general mortar to a certain thickness on the reinforcing mesh.
본 발명은 이끼 식생이 가능한 인공암 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히 인공암 표면에 이끼 식생이 가능하여 천연 바위와 같은 자연스러운 연출이 가능할 뿐만 아니라 이끼를 통한 습도 유지 및 공기정화의 효과를 누릴 수 있는 이끼 식생이 가능한 인공암 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, a) 인공암 몰드의 성형면에 이끼를 배치하는 단계와; b) SiO2 분말, TiO2 분말, Al2O3 분말, Fe2O3 분말, FeO 분말, MnO 분말, MgO 분말, CaO 분말 및 P2O5 분말가 첨가된 모르타르를 상기 이끼가 배치된 인공암 몰드에 일정한 두께로 도포하여 이끼 표면층을 형성하는 단계와; c) 상기 이끼 표면층 상에 보강메쉬를 안착시키는 단계와; d) 상기 보강메쉬 상에 일반 모르타르를 일정한 두께로 도포하여 일반 모르타르층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
