Eco-friendly Concrete Composition for Artificial Rock and Preparation Methods of Artificial Rock Using Thereof
The present invention relates to an eco-friendly concrete composition for artificial rocks, which comprises, with respect to 100 parts by weight of cement, 10 to 50 parts by weight of blast furnace slag fine powder, 1 to 10 parts by weight of fly ash, 1 to 5 parts by weight of natural cellulose fibers, 1 to 5 parts by weight of charcoal powder, 1 to 5 parts by weight of loess, 1 to 5 parts by weight of calcium sulfoaluminate, 1 to 5 parts by weight of quicklime, 1 to 3 parts by weight of anhydrite, 1 to 50 parts by weight of silica sand, and 0.2 to 2 parts by weight of a fluidizing agent. According to the present invention, the concrete composition improves a working environment for manufacturing artificial sculptures, for example, artificial rocks, and can be easily applied to concrete deposition for manufacturing artificial sculptures having strength equivalent to or higher than that of conventional concrete and hardened quickly while reducing environmental pollution.
본 발명은 시멘트 100중량부 기준으로, 고로슬래그 미분말 10 내지 50중량부; 플라이애시 1 내지 10중량부; 천연 셀룰로오스 섬유 1 내지 5중량부; 숯가루 1 내지 5중량부; 황토 1 내지 5중량부; 칼슘설포알루미네이트 1 내지 5중량부; 생석회 1 내지 5중량부; 무수석고 1 내지 3중량부; 규사 1 내지 50중량부; 및 유동화제 0.2 내지 2중량부를 포함하는 친환경 인공암용 콘크리트 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 콘크리트 조성물은 인공 조형물, 예를 들면 인공암을 제조하기 위한 작업환경을 개선하고, 환경오염을 감소시키면서도 종래 콘크리트와 대등하거나 그 이상의 강도를 갖는 동시에 신속히 경화되는 인공 조형물을 제조하기 위한 콘크리트 타설에 용이하게 적용할 수 있다.
