The present invention relates to a smart rainwater overflow chamber system for collecting an appropriate amount of sewage or rainwater and reducing odor, and more specifically, to a smart rainwater overflow chamber system, which opens and closes an inlet and an outlet of a rainwater overflow chamber installed in a conduit to provide an appropriate amount of sewage (wastewater and rainwater) in case of rain or collect rainwater and at the same time, blocks the outlet of the conduit in the event of a clear sky to block odor. The smart rainwater overflow chamber system for collecting an appropriate amount of sewage or rainwater and reducing odor comprises: an overflow chamber space portion which is formed at a lower portion of the conduit to be connected to the inlet formed at the bottom of the conduit, and into which sewage or rainwater flows; a gate installed in the conduit to open and close the inlet; a water level sensor installed in the conduit to measure a water level in the conduit; a rain sensor installed in the conduit to detect rainfall; and a remote terminal unit which opens and closes the gate by the values measured from the water level sensor and rain sensor.
본 발명은 하수 또는 우수의 적정량 차집과 악취저감을 위한 스마트 우수토실 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 관거에 설치되는 우수토실의 유입구와 관거의 출구를 개폐하여 우천시 적정량의 하수(오수와 우수) 또는 우수를 차집함과 동시에 청천시에는 관거의 출구를 막아 악취를 차단할 수 있는 스마트 우수토실 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 하수 또는 우수의 적정량 차집과 악취저감을 위한 스마트 우수토실 시스템은 관거의 바닥에 형성된 유입구와 연결되도록 관거의 하부에 형성되며 하수 또는 우수가 유입되는 토실공간부와, 관거에 설치되어 상기 유입구를 개폐하는 게이트와, 관거에 설치되어 상기 관거 내의 수위를 측정하기 위한 수위센서와, 관거에 설치되어 강우를 감지하는 강우센서와, 수위센서 및 강우센서로부터 측정되는 값에 의해 게이트를 개폐시키는 원격단말유닛을 구비한다.
