본 발명은 고강도 유로폼 거푸집에 관한 것으로서, 내부에 길이방향을 따라 형성된 삽입공간이 폭방향을 따라 연속적으로 이어지면서 다수개 배치된 지지판; 상기 지지판의 중간부분의 삽입공간에 적어도 하나 이상 삽입되는 보강재; 상기 지지판의 측면 둘레에 부착되면서 한쪽 방향으로 돌출되는 테두리 프레임; 및 상기 테두리 프레임의 돌출된 사이를 연결하면서 지지판에 고정되는 지지대;로 이루어지며, 합성수지를 사용하는 지지판에 의해 가벼워 사용하기 편리하면서도 다수개의 삽입공간이 내부에 형성된 상기 지지판의 중간부분에 삽입된 보강재에 의해 콘크리트의 양생에 따른 거푸집의 중간부분의 강한 압축력을 충분히 견뎌낼 수 있는 높은 인장강도와 충격강도를 갖는 효과가 있다.
The present invention relates to a high-strength euroform mold comprising: a support plate having a plurality of insertion spaces formed therein in a longitudinal direction and disposed to be consecutive in a width direction; at least one reinforcing material inserted into the insertion spaces of an intermediate portion of the support plate; an edge frame protruding in one direction while being attached to the lateral perimeter of the support plate; and supports fixed to the support plate while connecting protruding portions of the edge frame. The high-strength euroform mold has the support plate using a synthetic resin to be made light, thereby being conveniently used, and has the reinforcing material inserted into the intermediate portion of the support plate in which the plurality of insertion spaces are formed, thereby achieving a strong tensile strength and impact strength that can withstand a strong compressive force of the intermediate portion of the mold due to curing of concrete.
