METHOD FOR DRINKING WATER INCLUDING FREEZE PREVENTION AND STERILIZATION FUNCTION
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a drinking fountain including a freeze protection and sterilization function. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method of manufacturing a drinking fountain including a freeze protection and sterilization function comprises: a step of providing a plate material; a plate material processing step of designing a drawing according to an order and processing the plate material using at least one process of cutting, bending, perforating, and mapping the plate material according to design specifications; an intermediate product manufacturing step of manufacturing an intermediate product by welding the plate material processed through the plate material processing step; a main body manufacturing step of manufacturing a main body by assembling the intermediate product and a faucet so that a seating portion on which a freeze protection system is seated is formed on a part of the main body; and a freeze protection system installation step of loading a pre-manufactured freeze protection system on the seating portion and installing the freeze protection system to monitor the inside of the main body. The present invention can reduce material loss.
본 발명은 동파방지 및 살균 기능을 포함하는 식수대 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 판재를 구비하는 단계; 주문에 따라 도면을 설계하고, 상기 설계 사양에 따라 상기 판재를 절단, 절곡, 천공, 사상 중 적어도 하나의 공정을 이용하여 상기 판재를 가공하는 판재가공단계; 상기 판재가공단계를 통해 가공된 판재를 용접하여 중간제품을 제조하는 중간제품제조단계; 상기 중간제품과 수전을 조립하여 본체를 제조하되, 상기 본체의 일부에 동파방지 시스템이 안착되는 안착부가 형성되도록 제조하는 본체 제조단계; 및 상기 안착부에 기 제조된 동파방지 시스템을 적재하고, 상기 본체의 내부를 모니터링하도록 상기 동파방지 시스템을 설치하는 동파방지 시스템 설치단계;를 포함한다.
