Acupressure type permanent anchor with built-in anchor force measuring sensor and its construction method
The present invention relates to an anchor used for reinforcement of slopes, comprising: an anchor body which has a hole formed on one side for inserting a shield cable connected to a tensioning wire and a measuring sensor thereinto, an installation space provided therein, and an assembly hole formed in the wall; a pressure wedge which is inserted into the assembly hole to protrude in the direction of grouting and presses the grouting to maximize earth pressure and frictional force; a pressure block which is inserted into the installation space of the anchor body and presses the pressure wedge forcibly outward from the anchor body when tensioning the tensioning wire after grout injection; an anchor force measuring unit having a measuring sensor provided on the outer surface of a tube body assembled at the bottom of the pressure block to measure anchoring force; and a pressure block which is fit and assembled to the bottom of the anchor force measuring unit and to which the tensioning wire passing through the pressure block is connected, thereby pressing the anchor force measuring unit when the tensioning wire is tensioned to measure the anchor force. Therefore, the present invention is easy to maintain, reduces expenses, and can accurately measure the anchor force by using the measuring sensor embedded in the anchor.
본 발명은 사면 보강에 시공되는 앵커로써, 일측에 강연선과 측정센서와 연결되는 실드케이블이 끼워지는 구멍이 천공되고, 내부에 설치공간이 마련되며, 벽체에는 조립공이 형성된 앵커체; 상기 조립공에 끼워져 그라우트 방향으로 돌출되며 그라우트를 압박하여 지압력과 마찰력을 극대화시키는 지압쐐기; 상기 앵커체의 설치공간에 끼워지며 그라우트 양생 후 강연선을 인장할 때 상기 지압쐐기를 가압하여 강제로 앵커체 밖으로 밀어내는 가압블록; 상기 가압블록의 하단에 조립되는 관체의 외측면에 앵커력을 측정하는 측정센서가 갖추어진 앵커력 측정부; 상기 앵커력 측정부의 하단에 끼워져 조립되고 상기 가압블록을 통과한 강연선이 연결되어 강연선의 인장 시 상기 앵커력 측정부를 압박하여 앵커력이 측정되도록 하는 가압블록;으로 구성된 것을 포함하는 기술적인 특징을 갖는 것으로 달성된다.
