An apparatus for escaping from fire in the high building
The present invention provides a fire evacuation facility for a multi-use building. The fire evacuation facility for a multi-use building comprises: an evacuation section formed at a predetermined position of an indoor space and having a fire door; a fire detector detecting a fire inside the indoor space; temporary walls arranged on a floor of the indoor space in lattice arrangement and having fire resistance lifted along an upper side; lifts enabling the temporary walls to be lifted; a camera capturing an image of the indoor space; and a control unit checking existence and a position of a person in the captured image when the fire is detected, calculating an evacuation path from the checked position to the evacuation section, and lifting the temporary walls to predetermined height to form predetermined width based on the evacuation path.
본 발명은 다중이용 건축물용 화재 피난 설비를 제공한다. 상기 다중이용 건축물용 화재 피난 설비는 실내의 일정 위치에 형성되며, 방화문이 구비되는 피난 구역; 상기 실내의 내부에서 화재를 감지하는 화재 감지기; 상기 실내의 바닥에 격자 배열을 이루어 배치되며, 상방을 따라 승강되는 내화성의 가벽체들; 상기 가벽체들을 승강시키는 승강기들; 상기 실내의 영상을 촬영하는 카메라; 및, 상기 화재가 감지되면, 상기 촬영된 영상에서 사람의 존재 및 위치를 확인하고, 상기 확인된 위치에서 상기 피난 구역에 이르는 피난 경로를 산출하고, 상기 피난 경로를 기준으로 일정의 폭을 이루도록 상기 가벽체들을 일정 높이로 상승시키는 제어부를 포함한다.
