Chain opening and closing type elevator hoistway fall prevention apparatus
The present invention relates to an elevator hoistway fall prevention apparatus of a chain opening and closing type. The elevator hoistway fall prevention apparatus comprises: a detachable support installed on one side of the inner surface of an elevator hoistway; a fixed support installed on the other side of the inner surface of the elevator hoistway; a safety net horizontally disposed, and having one side hinged to the fixed support, and the other side supported by the detachable support to block a target falling through the elevator hoistway; an opening and closing unit installed on an installation frame to transmit a driving force to the safety net through a sprocket and a chain so that the safety net is erected and the elevator hoistway is opened to allow the passage of the elevator car, or to return the safety net to a horizontal position so that the elevator hoistway is blocked; a car detecting unit which detects that the safety net reaches the position where the elevator hoistway needs to be opened or the position where the elevator hoistway needs to be blocked and outputs a detection signal when the elevator car moves up and down; and a control unit which receives the detection signal from the car detecting unit and controls the opening and closing unit. Therefore, an opening and closing method using the chain and the sprocket can increase the accuracy and reliability of opening and closing operation even in poor installation environments, can minimize noise and vibration during operation, thereby improve working environments, and can quickly open and close the safety net, thereby increasing the time required to ensure the safety of the safety net for preventing the fall of workers, working materials, and tools through the hoistway.
본 발명은 엘리베이터 승강로의 내측면에서 일측에 설치되는 착탈지지대; 상기 엘리베이터 승강로의 내측면에서 타측에 설치되는 고정지지대; 상기 고정지지대에 일측이 힌지 결합되고, 타측이 상기 착탈지지대에 지지됨으로써 상기 엘리베이터 승강로를 통한 추락 대상을 차단하도록 수평되게 배치되는 안전망; 상기 안전망을 스프로킷과 체인에 의해 구동력을 전달함으로써, 상기 안전망이 세워지도록 하여 상기 엘리베이터 승강로를 개방시킴으로써 엘리베이터카의 통과를 허용하거나, 상기 안전망이 수평으로 복귀함으로써 상기 엘리베이터 승강로를 차단시키도록 상기 설치프레임에 설치되는 개폐구동부; 상기 엘리베이터카가 승강시, 상기 안전망이 상기 엘리베이터 승강로를 개방하여야 할 위치 및 차단하여야 할 위치에 각각 도달함을 감지하여 감지신호를 출력하는 카감지부; 및 상기 카감지부의 감지신호를 수신받고, 상기 개폐구동부를 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하도록 한 체인 개폐방식의 엘리베이터 승강로 추락 방지 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 체인 및 스프로킷을 이용한 개폐방식으로 인해, 설치 환경이 열악한 상태에서도 개폐 동작의 정확성과 신뢰성을 높일 수 있고, 동작시 소음 및 진동을 최소화하여 작업 환경을 개선시킬 수 있으며, 신속한 안전망의 개폐에 의해 승강로를 통한 작업인부, 작업재료 및 작업공구 등의 추락을 방지를 위한 안전망의 안전 확보 시간을 증대시킨다.

The present invention relates to an elevator hoistway fall prevention apparatus of a chain opening and closing type.
