GROUTING METHOD USING A SIMULTANEOUS INJECTION STEEL PIPE GROUTING DEVICE
The present invention relates to a grouting method using a co-injection steel pipe grouting apparatus. The co-injection steel pipe grouting method of the present invention comprises the following steps of: a) forming an upwardly inclined perforation hole in a ground while having a depth including a steel girder installation section in a reinforcement section of the perforation hole; b) inserting a grout steel pipe equipped with a spray hole into the outer surface of a steel pipe so as to be located only within the reinforcement section of the perforation hole; c) inserting a injection pipe bundle into the perforation hole; d) expanding and sealing a hole packer provided in the injection pipe bundle in the steel girder installation section, and then performing primary grouting to push an air and a groundwater in the perforation hole to a perforation hole tip; e) forming a plurality of compartments by expanding a plurality of steel pipe packers provided in the injection pipe bundle inside the grout steel pipe, and performing secondary grouting in each of the remaining compartments except for a tip compartment (610) located at a grout steel pipe tip; f) confirming completion of discharge of the air and the groundwater in the perforation hole; and g) performing tertiary grouting on each compartment including the tip compartment (610) to complete a grouting operation. Provided is the grouting method using the co-injection steel pipe grouting apparatus, which allows the grouting to be performed by installing the grout steel pipe only in the reinforcement section of the perforation hole.
본 발명의 동시주입 강관그라우팅 공법은, a) 보강구간에 지보재 설치구간을 포함한 깊이를 가지면서 상향 경사진 천공홀을 지중에 형성하는 단계; b) 천공홍의 보강구간 내에만 위치하도록 강관외면에 분사구가 구비된 그라우트강관을 삽입시키는 단계; c) 천공홀 내에 주입관다발을 사입시키는 단계; d) 지보재 설치구간에 주입관다발에 구비된 홀패커를 팽창시켜 밀폐시킨 후, 1차 그라우팅을 실시하여 천공홀 내의 공기와 지하수를 천공홀 선단으로 밀어내는 단계; e) 그라우트강관 내부에서 주입관다발에 구비된 다수 개의 강관패커를 팽창시켜 다 수개의 격실을 형성시킨 후, 그라우트강관의 선단에 위치한 선단격실(610)을 제외한 나머지의 각 격실에 2차 그라우팅을 실시하는 단계; f) 천공홀 내의 공기와 지하수의 배출완료를 확인하는 단계; g) 선단격실(610)을 포함한 각 격실에 3차 그라우팅을 실시하여 그라우팅 작업을 완료하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
