Swing type doors with adjustable door opening angle
The present invention relates to a swing-type door with an adjustable door opening angle, which is capable of adjusting an open angle of a door through a simple hinge device installed between a door frame and a door. The swing-type door includes a hinge device which is between a door frame structure vertically provided on one side of the door frame and a door leaf structure vertically provided on one side of the door, wherein the hinge device includes: a fixed hinge unit which is fixed on the outer surface and the inner surface of the door frame structure and has a horizontal groove formed in the middle; an open hinge unit which is connected to the outer side of the fixed hinge unit, is fixed to the inner surface of the door leaf structure, includes an opening plate inserted into the horizontal groove, protrudes inwards from the open plate to be inserted into the horizontal groove, and has an opening and closing plate having a lower horizontal groove formed in the inner surface and a vertical groove formed upwardly from an end portion of the indoor side; and an open angle adjusting means, which includes a locking member which is inserted into the lower horizontal groove and has elastic force to move upward by a spring, regulates an open angle of the door by lifting the locking member by elastic force of the spring to be located on an upper portion of the vertical groove after the locking member is positioned at the indoor end of the lower horizontal groove, and closes the door by pulling the other side of the door to be inserted into the lower horizontal groove after locating the locking member at the indoor end of the lower horizontal groove through a descending operation of the locking member.
본 발명은 문틀과 문짝의 사이에 설치되는 간단한 구성의 경첩장치를 통해 문짝의 개방 각도를 조정할 수 있도록 하는 문짝의 개방 각도의 조정이 가능한 여닫이식 창호에 관한 것으로, 문틀의 일측에 수직으로 구비된 문틀골조와 문짝의 일측에 수직으로 구비된 문짝골조의 사이에 연결되게 구비되는 경첩장치를 포함하고, 상기 경첩장치는 상기 문틀골조에 실외측면과 내측면에 고정되고 중간에는 수평홈이 형성되는 고정 경첩부와; 상기 고정 경첩부의 외측에 힌지부로 연결되고 상기 문짝골조의 실내측면에 고정되며 상기 수평홈에 삽입되는 개방판을 포함하고, 개방판의 내측에 실내측의 방향으로 돌출되게 형성되어 상기 수평홈에 삽입되고 내측면에는 하부 수평홈과 하부 수평홈의 실내측 단부에서 상부로 수직홈이 형성되는 개폐판을 포함하는 개방 경첩부와; 상기 하부 수평홈에 삽입되고 스프링에 의해 상부로 이동하려는 탄성력을 가지는 단속부재를 포함하고, 상기 문짝의 타측이 실외측으로 개방되면 단속부재가 상기 하부 수평홈의 실내측 단부에 위치된 후 스프링의 탄성력으로 상승되어 상기 수직홈의 상부에 위치되게 하여 문짝의 개방 각도를 단속하고, 상기 단속부재의 하강 조작을 통해 단속부재를 상기 하부 수평홈의 실내측 단부에 위치시킨 후 문짝의 타측을 잡아당겨 단속부재가 하부 수평홈에 삽입되게 하여 문짝을 닫을 수 있도록 하는 개방 각도 조정수단;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
