The present invention relates to a door gasket. More specifically, according to the door gasket, a contact means (20) is formed on an upper side of a flat-surfaced attachment means (10), a first folding unit (21) of a curved form is formed on one side of the contact means and a second folding unit (22) having a double folding structure is formed on the other side by a bump (22b) protruding from an inner side towards an outer side in a curved surface shape so that a folding space (22a) can be formed in the part between the second folding unit (22) and the attachment means (10). The first folding unit (21) of the attachment means is installed and used to be located in the direction of closing the door when the gap between the door and the door frame is small, and the second folding unit (22) of the attachment means is installed to be located in the direction of closing the door when the gap is great. Therefore, the gap between the door and the door frame is sealed as the second folding unit is doubly folded by the folding space and the tension force of the second folding unit works greater such that installation directions are made different in accordance with the gap between the door and the door frame. Accordingly, one gasket can be used for all cases regardless of the gap, thereby providing excellent sealing ability, economic feasibility, and efficiency.
본 발명은 도어용 가스켓에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세하게는 평면 형태의 부착 수단(10) 상부에 밀착 수단(20)을 형성하되, 상기 밀착 수단의 일측에 곡면 형태의 제1 접힘부(21)와 타측에 부착 수단과 사이로 접힘 공간(22a)을 형성하도록 내측에서 외측을 향해 곡면 형태로 돌출되는 돌기(22b)에 의해 2중 접힘 구조를 갖는 제2 접힘부(22)를 형성하여 도어와 문틀 사이의 틈새 간격이 좁은 경우에 밀착 수단의 제1 접힘부(21)가 도어 닫힘 방향으로 위치하도록 설치 사용하고, 틈새 간격이 넓은 경우에 밀착 수단의 제2 접힘부(22)가 도어 닫힘 방향으로 위치하도록 설치하여 상기 제2 접힘부가 접힘 공간에 의해 2 중 접힘됨과 함께 제2 접힘부의 텐션력이 더 크게 작용하면서 도어와 문틀 사이의 이격 틈새를 밀폐하도록 사용함으로 도어와 문틀 사이의 이격 틈새에 따라 설치 방향을 달리하여 이격 틈새에 상관없이 하나의 가스켓으로 모두 사용할 수 있어 밀폐력, 경제성 및 효율성을 우수하게 제공하는데 그 특징이 있다.
The present invention relates to a door gasket.
