Interlayer noise vibration damping structure
The present invention relates to an interlayer noise vibration damping structure. The interlayer noise vibration damping structure effectively blocks air vibration noise generated in a space between a slab and a panel coupled with an insulation material, and enhances soundproof effect, shock absorption, and insulation effect and minimizes resonance phenomenon by being manufactured by a chemical foaming spray method to form a plurality of microbubbles inside the insulation material. Additionally, even if there is a depressed portion due to bad smoothness of the slab floor, since an upper coupler of the vibration damping members are installed to be moved vertically in a coupling hole of the depressed portion in which vibration damping members are arranged on the lower portion, the lower surface of the vibration damping member maintains a horizontal state on the upper surface of the slab, thereby stably maintaining the panel assembled with the insulation material in the horizontal state, and allowing the upper surface of the slab and the lower portion of the insulation material to be constructed perfectly without any raised section.
본 발명은 슬래브와, 단열재와 결합된 패널 사이의 공간에서 발생하는 공기 진동 소음을 효과적으로 차단하며, 단열재의 내부에 다수개의 미세기포가 형성되게 화학발포사출공법으로 제조하여 방음, 충격흡수 및 단열효과를 높이고 공진 현상을 최소화하면서 슬래브 바닥의 평활도가 불량하여 함몰된 부분이 있다 하더라도 하부에 구비된 방진완충부재들이 단열재의 결합삽입공에 결합되어진 함몰부의 결합공에서 방진완충부재의 상부결합구가 상,하로 이동되게 설치되어 방진완충부재의 하부면이 슬래브의 상부면에 수평상태를 유지하도록 하여 단열재와 조립된 패널을 수평상태를 안정적으로 유지하여서 슬래브의 상부면과 단열재의 하부가 들뜨는 구간 없이 완벽하게 시공되도록한 층간소음방진완충구조에 관한 것이다.
