본 발명의 실시예는 로타리 타입 심층 교반 장치에 관한 것으로, 해결하고자 하는 기술적 과제는 원지반에 다수의 사각형 개량체를 조성함으로써, 다수의 개량체 사이에 원지반이 잔존하지 않도록 하여, 전체 개량체의 강도를 향상시킬 수 있는 로타리 타입 심층 교반 장치를 제공하는데 있다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 끝단에 상부를 향하여 연장 설치된 리더부; 상기 리더부에 승강 가능하게 설치된 승강부; 상기 승강부에 결합된 오거 머신과, 상기 오거 머신에 결합된 기어 박스와, 상기 기어 박스에 결합되어 심층 교반을 위해 수직 방향의 회전축을 가지며 회전하는 교반 로드로 이루어진 구동부; 상기 구동부의 교반 로드에 결합되어 수평 방향의 회전축을 가지며 회전하는 로타리 드럼과, 상기 로타리 드럼의 표면에 장착되어 교반을 수행하는 다수의 교반 팁으로 이루어진 로타리 교반부를 포함하는, 로타리 타입 심층 교반 장치를 개시한다.
Embodiments of the present invention relate to a rotary-type deep agitation device. An objective of the present invention is to provide a rotary-type deep agitation device which builds a plurality of rectangular improvement bodies on original ground to prevent the original ground from remaining between the plurality of improvement bodies to improve the strength of all improvement bodies. To achieve the objective, the rotary-type deep agitation device comprises: a leader unit extended and installed upward at the end; a lifting unit installed on the leader unit to be lifted; a driving unit including an auger machine coupled to the lifting unit, a gearbox coupled to the auger machine, and an agitation rod coupled to the gearbox to rotate while having a vertical rotary shaft for deep agitation; and a rotary agitation unit including a rotary drum coupled to the agitation rod of the driving unit to rotate while having a horizontal rotary shaft, and a plurality of agitation tips mounted on the surface of the rotary drum to perform agitation.
