The present invention relates to a combi roll blind fabric inspection device for inspecting whether or not a pattern of a combi roll blind fabric is defective. The combi roll blind fabric inspection device according to the present invention includes an interval measuring means installed on one side of a fabric on a winding unit which winds a combi roll blind fabric to measure the interval between the patterns of a light blocking unit (10) and a light transmitting unit (20). The interval measuring means includes: an optical sensor (30) by which the light blocking unit (10) of the fabric is not transmitted from one side of the fabric but the light transmitting unit (20) is transmitted; an encoder (50) which measures the length of the fabric by bringing the same into contact with a pull-out roller (60) to pull out the fabric or the fabric; and a control unit (70) for measuring the length of the light blocking unit (10) and the light transmitting unit (20) measured by the optical sensor (30) from the length value of the fabric measured by the encoder (50). According to the present invention, it is possible to increase the convenience of inspection.
본 발명은 콤비 롤 블라인드 원단의 패턴에 대한 불량 여부를 검사하는 콤비 롤 블라인드의 원단검사장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 콤비 롤 블라인드의 원단검사장치는 콤비 롤 블라인드 원단을 권취하는 권취부 상의 원단 일측 면에 장치되어 차광부(10)와 투광부(20)의 패턴에 대한 간격을 측정할 수 있도록 하는 간격측정수단을 포함하고, 상기 간격측정수단은 원단의 일측 면으로부터 원단의 차광부(10)는 투과하지 못하고, 투광부(20)는 투과되도록하는 광센서(30); 상기 원단을 인출되게 하는 인출롤러(60) 또는 원단과 접촉되도록 하여 원단의 길이를 측정하는 엔코더(50); 상기 엔코더(50)에 의해 측정된 원단의 길이 값으로부터 광센서(30)에 의해 측정된 차광부(10)와 투광부(20)의 길이를 측정하도록 하는 제어부(70);로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
