A method of manufacturing a ferrite sintered magnet according one embodiment of the present invention includes: blending step of manufacturing a mixture by mixing iron oxide, a strontium compound and a dispersant; and a plastication step of heating the mixture, wherein the dispersant includes polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP). Therefore, ferrite having excellent saturation magnetization can be manufactured.
