Adhesive road marking sheet and construction method using the same
An adhesive road marking sheet according to the present invention comprises: an adhesive layer, which is stacked on a road surface, including a thermosetting adhesive included in any one of methyl methacrylate, polymethyl methacrylate and bisphenol A type epoxy resin; a sheet layer, which is stacked on the upper surface of the adhesive layer, including any one of methyl methacrylate and polyurea resin; and glass beads stacked on the upper surface of the sheet layer. According to the adhesive road marking sheet and a construction method thereof according to the present invention, the adhesive road marking sheet can be cured within a short time with the thermosetting adhesive using methyl methacrylate, thereby increasing efficiency during work, and increasing adhesion between the road sheet and the road surface with excellent adhesive strength.
본 발명에 따른 접착식 노면 표지용 시트는, 노면에 적층되는 것으로서 메틸메타크릴레이트(methyl methacrylate), 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트(Polymethyl methacrylate), 비스페놀 A형 에폭시 수지 중 어느 하나에 포함되는 열경화성 접착제를 포함하는 접착층; 상기 접착층에 상면에 적층되는 것으로서, 메틸메타크릴레이트(Methyl Methacrylate), 폴리우레아 수지(Polyurea resin) 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 시트층; 상기 시트층 상면에 적층된 글라스비드;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 접착식 노면 표지용 시트 및 이의 시공 방법에 의하면, 메틸메타크릴레이트를 이용한 열경화성 접착제로 빠른 시간 내에 경화가 가능하여 작업 시 효율성을 증대 시킬 수 있으며, 우수한 접착력으로 노면시트와 노면간의 부착 성능을 높일 수 있는 효과를 제공한다.
