FRAMELESS TYPE TRANSPARENT SOUNDPROOF PANEL
Disclosed in the present invention is a frameless transparent soundproof board, which comprises: a plurality of arm brackets which are arranged at a predetermined interval in an up-and-down direction on the front surface of a pillar, and have a plurality of first through-holes at the central portion to be horizontally placed at the pillar to be fixed by bolting, and a second through-hole formed at the both end portions in a left-and-right direction; a wide transparent board which has the height higher than or similar to the height of the pillar, and is arranged at the front side of the arm bracket; a plurality of stay bolts which are mounted at a predetermined interval in an up-and-down direction at the both end portions in a left-and-right direction of the wide transparent board; a double nut which is coupled after being screwed in a reverse direction at the both sides of the front and rear surfaces of the arm bracket in a state in which the screw unit of the stay bolt is penetrated through the second through-hole of the arm bracket; and a loose stopper which is inserted between the stay bolt and the double nut, and allows the force of a spring to be applied in a direction in which the friction of the double nut is increased, in order to prevent the loosening and relaxing of the double nut and mitigating the impact. Therefore, deformation and breakage may be prevented.
본 발명에서는 지주의 전면에 상하 방향으로 일정한 간격을 두고 다수 배치되며, 상기 지주에 가로로 놓고 볼팅으로 고정하기 위하여 가운데 부분에 복수의 제1관통구멍이 형성되고, 좌우 양단부에 제2관통구멍이 형성된 아암 브래킷, 상기 지주의 높이보다 크거나 비슷한 높이를 가지며 상기 아암 브래킷의 전방에 배치된 와이드 투명판, 상기 와이드 투명판의 좌우 양단부에 상하 방향으로 일정한 간격을 두고 다수 장착된 스테이 볼트, 상기 아암 브래킷의 제2관통구멍에 상기 스테이 볼트의 나사부를 관통시킨 상태로 상기 아암 브래킷의 전후면 양쪽에서 역방향으로 조여서 결합하는 더블 너트 및 상기 스테이 볼트와 상기 더블 너트 사이에 끼워지고 상기 더블 너트의 마찰력이 증가하는 방향으로 스프링 힘이 작용하여 상기 더블 너트의 풀림 및 이완을 방지하고 충격을 완화하는 루스 스토퍼를 포함하는 프레임리스 투명방음판을 개시한다.
