The present invention relates to an overhead distribution line connection device for monitoring, which comprises: an arm (10) installed side by side by having a telephone pole (P) with a transformer (T) therebetween; an overhead line fixing unit (20) detachably installed in the arm (10) to electrically connect and insulate an overhead distribution line (L) and a jumper line (J) and a branch line (BL); a fixing mechanism (30) rotatably (foldably) installed at one end of the arm (10) via a hinge (not shown) to fix an eye shackle (22) not to be rotated with respect to a first core pin (21a), and used for temporarily hanging various tools; and a short-circuit detection unit (40) installed on an upper surface of each of a pair of the arms (10) to promptly detect and inform short-circuit when the short-circuit occurs. According to the present invention, when short-circuit occurs in the arm, a short-circuit sensor detects the short-circuit to output the same to a control unit, and the control unit receives a detection signal to control an operation of a light warning unit so as to emit light to the surroundings for notification, such that a worker can intuitively determine whether the short-circuit occurs. Accordingly, a worker can be safely protected from a risk such as an electric shock accident, and the maintenance can be quickly performed.
본 발명은 변압기(T)를 갖춘 전신주(P)를 사이에 두고 나란하게 설치되는 완철(10); 완철(10)에 착탈가능하게 설치되어 가공배전선(L)과 점퍼선(J) 및 분기선(BL)을 전기적으로 연결하면서 절연하는 가공전선고정유닛(20); 완철(10)의 일단부에 힌지(미도시)를 매개로 회동(접철)가능하게 설치되어 제1코터핀(21a)을 중심으로 아이쇄클(22)이 회전되지 않게 고정하고, 이와 더불어서 각종 공구를 임시로 걸어두기 위한 용도로 이용되는 픽스기구(30); 한 쌍의 완철(10) 상면에 각각 설치되어 누전시 이를 신속하게 감지하여 주변으로 알려주는 누전감지유닛(40);을 포함하는 모니터링이 가능한 가공배전라인 연결기기에 관한 것으로서, 이에 의하면 완철에 누전발생시 이를 누전감지센서가 감지하여 제어부로 출력하고, 제어부는 감지신호를 전달받아 경광부를 동작제어하여 주변으로 불빛을 방출해 알려 주기 때문에 작업자는 직감적으로 누전 여부를 판단할 수 있으며, 이에 따라 감전사고와 같은 위험으로부터 작업자를 안전하게 보호해 줄 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 신속하게 유지보수를 진행할 수 있게 된다.
