Electronic water meter preventing water-stealing
Disclosed is an electronic water meter for preventing water stealing. Specifically, the electronic water meter comprises: a housing part having an inlet on one side and an outlet on the other side; a casing part seated inside the housing part and having a plurality of through holes formed on an outer circumferential surface through which flowing water passes to the inside; a flow measurement part composed of an impeller rotatably installed inside the casing part and rotated by the flow of the flowing water and a rotating shaft coupled to the center of the impeller and having a magnet attached to the upper end; a diaphragm member covering the housing part and having a cap-shaped protective cap protruding upward to accommodate the magnet at the center; a digital control part coupled to cover the diaphragm member and receiving a signal from a sensor part to count and display the flow rate; and the sensor part installed in the lower center of the digital control part. A shielding ring that has a circular tube and is a magnetic material is provided on the outside of the protective cap to shield an external magnetic field transmitted from the side. A shielding cap that has a container shape with an open bottom and is a magnetic material is covered on the upper side of the shielding ring to shield an external magnetic field transmitted from the upper side and at the same time shield an external magnetic field transmitted from the side. A communication hole is formed on the upper surface of the shielding cap so that the magnet and the sensor part come into direct contact.
본 발명은 도수방지 가능한 전자식 수도계량기를 개시한다. 구체적으로, 일측으로 유입구가 형성되고 타측으로 유출구가 형성되는 하우징부와, 상기 하우징부의 내부에 안착되고 외주면에 내부로 유수가 통과되는 통공이 다수개 형성되는 케이싱부와, 상기 케이싱부의 내부에 회전 가능하게 설치되어 통과하는 유수의 흐름에 의해 회전하는 임펠라 및 상기 임펠라의 중앙에 축결합되고 상단에 자석이 부착된 회전축으로 구성되는 유량측정부와, 상기 하우징부를 덮고 중앙에는 상기 자석을 수용하도록 상향 돌출된 캡형상의 보호캡이 형성되는 격판부재와, 상기 격판부재를 덮도록 결합되며 센서부로부터 신호를 전달받아 유량을 카운팅하고 표시하는 디지털제어부 및 상기 디지털제어부의 하부 중앙에 설치되는 센서부를 포함하는 전자식 수도계량기에 있어서, 상기 보호캡의 외측으로 원형관 형상을 이루고 자성체인 차폐링이 구비되어 측면에서 전달되는 외부자기장을 차폐하고, 상기 차폐링의 상부에는 하부가 개방된 용기형상을 이루고 자성체인 차폐캡이 씌워져 상측에서 전달되는 외부자기장을 차폐하는 동시에 측면에서 전달되는 외부자기장을 이중으로 차폐하며, 상기 차폐캡의 상부면에는 상기 자석과 센서부가 직접 맞닿도록 연통홀이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Disclosed is an electronic water meter for preventing water stealing. Specifically, the electronic water meter comprises: a housing part having an inlet on one side and an outlet on the other side; a casing part seated inside the housing part and having a plurality of through holes formed on an outer circumferential surface through which flowing water passes to the inside; a flow measurement part composed of an impeller rotatably installed inside the casing part and rotated by the flow of the flowing water and a rotating shaft coupled to the center of the impeller and having a magnet attached to the upper end; a diaphragm member covering the housing part and having a cap-shaped protective cap protruding upward to accommodate the magnet at the center; a digital control part coupled to cover the diaphragm member and receiving a signal from a sensor part to count and display the flow rate; and the sensor part installed in the lower center of the digital control part. A communication hole is formed on the upper surface of the shielding cap so that the magnet and the sensor part come into direct contact.
본 발명은 도수방지 가능한 전자식 수도계량기를 개시한다. 구체적으로, 일측으로 유입구가 형성되고 타측으로 유출구가 형성되는 하우징부와, 상기 하우징부의 내부에 안착되고 외주면에 내부로 유수가 통과되는 통공이 다수개 형성되는 케이싱부와, 상기 케이싱부의 내부에 회전 가능하게 설치되어 통과하는 유수의 흐름에 의해 회전하는 임펠라 및 상기 임펠라의 중앙에 축결합되고 상단에 자석이 부착된 회전축으로 구성되는 유량측정부와, 상기 하우징부를 덮고 중앙에는 상기 자석을 수용하도록 상향 돌출된 캡형상의 보호캡이 형성되는 격판부재와, 상기 격판부재를 덮도록 결합되며 센서부로부터 신호를 전달받아 유량을 카운팅하고 표시하는 디지털제어부 및 상기 디지털제어부의 하부 중앙에 설치되는 센서부를 포함하는 전자식 수도계량기에 있어서, 상기 보호캡의 외측으로 원형관 형상을 이루고 자성체인 차폐링이 구비되어 측면에서 전달되는 외부자기장을 차폐하고, 상기 차폐링의 상부에는 하부가 개방된 용기형상을 이루고 자성체인 차폐캡이 씌워져 상측에서 전달되는 외부자기장을 차폐하는 동시에 측면에서 전달되는 외부자기장을 이중으로 차폐하며, 상기 차폐캡의 상부면에는 상기 자석과 센서부가 직접 맞닿도록 연통홀이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
