Fiber reinforcement for concrete using composite polymer materials
The present invention relates to a fiber reinforcing material for concrete using a composite polymer material, capable of improving adhesion between a fiber reinforcing material and a cement composition. The fiber reinforcing material for concrete using a composite polymer material can be obtained by melt-spinning a mixture composed of 5 to 10 parts by weight of polypropylene resin, 3 to 8 parts by weight of silica fume, 0.5 to 2 parts by weight of metakaolin, and 2 to 4 parts by weight of a flame retardant, and then stretching, performing surface treatment on and cutting the same.
본 발명은 섬유보강재와 시멘트 조성물 간의 부착성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 복합 고분자 재질을 이용한 콘크리트용 섬유보강재에 관한 것으로, 폴리프로필렌 수지 5 내지 10 중량부와, 실리카흄 3 내지 8 중량부와, 메타카올린 0.5 내지 2 중량부와, 난연제 2 내지 4 중량부로 이루어지는 혼합물을 용융 방사후 연신, 표면처리 및 절단하는 과정을 통해 얻어질 수 있다.
