The present invention may provide a mat for preventing noise between floors in which a cover unit is formed to correspond to the size of a plurality of cushions assembled so that the plurality of cushions are assembled and embedded inside one cover unit. According to the present invention, the mat for preventing noise between floors comprises: a mat unit into which the plurality of cushions can be assembled; and the cover unit formed to a size corresponding to the size of the mat unit in a state in which the plurality of cushions are assembled.
