A safety banister for emergency evacuation
The present invention relates to a banister for emergency evacuation to enable evacuees to safely evacuate to the next house. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the banister for emergency evacuation comprises: a rotating shaft installed on an outer wall between two houses to rotate; a banister frame installed on the rotating shaft to be located vertically or horizontally on the outer wall according to a direction of rotation, and having both ends located in both the houses when located horizontally; a rotation operation means rotating the banister frame; a stopper protruding from the outer wall to limit the rotation of the handrail frame; a locking means maintaining the vertical position of the banister frame; and a main fixing means vertically spreading the banister frame in the front direction of the outer wall while the banister frame is positioned horizontally to fix the banister frame. The main fixing means includes: a support wire connected between the outer wall and an outer end part of the banister frame; a first wire fixing member fixed to the outer wall and mounting the length of the support wire variably; and a second wire fixing member provided on the outer frame of the banister frame and having another end of the support wire fixed thereto. In addition, the banister for emergency evacuation can be implemented in various ways according to embodiments.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 비상용 대피 난간은, 양 세대 사이의 외벽에 축설되어 회전하는 회전축, 회전축에 설치되어 회전하는 방향에 따라 외벽에 수직 또는 수평으로 위치하며, 수평으로 위치 시에 양단이 양 세대에 위치하는 난간 프레임, 난간 프레임을 회전시키는 회전 조작 수단, 외벽에 돌출 형성되어 난간 프레임의 회전을 한정하는 스토퍼, 난간 프레임이 수직으로 위치한 상태를 유지하는 잠금수단 및 난간 프레임이 수평으로 위치한 상태에서 난간 프레임을 외벽의 전측 방향으로 수직하게 펼쳐 난간 프레임을 고정하는 메인 고정수단을 포함하고, 메인 고정수단은, 외벽과 난간 프레임의 외측 단부 사이에 연결되는 지지 와이어, 외벽에 고정되며, 지지 와이어의 길이를 가변가능하게 실장하는 제1 와이어 고정부재 및 난간 프레임의 외측 프레임에 구비되고, 지지 와이어의 타일단이 고정되는 제2 와이어 고정부재를 포함할 수 있다. 또한, 상기와 같은 비상용 대피 난간은 실시예에 따라 다양하게 구현될 수 있다.
