본 발명은 도어락 모티스에 관한 것이다. 상세하게는 도어락 바디측과 연결된 샤프트의 회전에 의해 회전되는 작동부재, 작동부재와 힌지결합되고 작동부재가 회전함에 따라 일 방향으로 운동하는 랙 부재, 및 랙 부재와 치합되어 랙 부재의 운동에 따라 회전되는 기어부재;를 포함하고, 랙 부재는 하우징에 형성된 가이드 홈을 따라 운동하며 기어부재를 회전시키는 도어락 모티스에 관한 것이다. 이로써, 소정의 각도로 샤프트가 회전되었을 때 기어부재는 상기의 각도보다 더 큰 회전각도로 회전되어 편리하게 도어의 잠금상태를 해제할 수 있다. 또한, 도어락 모티스의 내부구조가 단순하여 동작행정의 효율성을 증대시킬 수 있다.
The present invention relates to door lock mortise. More specifically, the door lock mortise comprises: an operating member rotated by the rotation of a shaft connected to a door lock body side; a rack member hinged to the operating member and moving in one direction as the operating member rotates; and a gear member meshed with the rack member and rotated in accordance with the movement of the rack member. The rack member moves along a guide groove formed in the housing and rotates the gear member. As a result, when the shaft is rotated at a predetermined angle, the gear member is rotated at a rotation angle larger than the angle to conveniently unlock the door. In addition, an internal structure of the door lock mortise is simple, so that the efficiency of the operation administration can be increased.
