Construction Method Of Heat Exchanger Pipe For Geothermal Cooling And Heating Before Excavation Using Backup Agent
The present invention provides a method for constructing a heat exchanger pipe for geothermal cooling and heating before excavation using a backup agent, which excludes PE pipes in an excavation section so as to improve the work efficiency of other processes and, at the same time, removes the need to manage PE pipes installed in the excavation section so as to save management costs, thereby improving economic feasibility. The method for constructing a heat exchanger pipe for geothermal cooling and heating before excavation using a backup agent comprises: a first step of installing a casing from the ground surface to a lower level of an excavation section, which is an area where excavation is to be performed; a second step of drilling from the lower level of the excavation section to a predetermined depth with a drill after the casing has been installed; a third step of inserting a heat exchanger pipe through the casing to the bottom of the drilled hole; and a fourth step of cutting the heat exchanger pipe so that an end portion of the heat exchanger pipe is exposed above the ground surface, which is an upper level of the excavation section.
본 발명은 터파기 구간에 PE관이 없어 타공정의 작업 효율성을 향상시키는 동시에 터파기 구간에 설치되는 PE관의 관리가 필요가 없어 관리에 소요되는 비용을 절감하여 경제성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 구현한 백업제를 이용한 터파기 전 지열냉난방용 열교환기 파이프 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 백업제를 이용한 터파기 전 지열냉난방용 열교환기 파이프 시공방법에 있어서, 지표면으로부터 터파기가 수행될 구역인 터파기 구간의 하부레벨까지 케이싱을 설치하는 제1 단계; 상기 케이싱 설치 후, 천공기로 터파기 구간의 하부레벨로부터 소정의 깊이까지 천공하는 제2 단계; 상기 케이싱을 통해 상기 열교환기 파이프를 상기 천공된 보어홀의 바닥까지 삽입하는 제3 단계; 및 터파기 구간의 상부레벨인 지표면의 상측으로 상기 열교환기 파이프의 단부가 노출되도록 상기 열교환기 파이프를 절단하는 제4 단계;를 포함한다.
