A purpose of the present invention is to provide a rail installation structure of an inner entrance door, which allows the inner entrance door to be stably and easily opened and closed in a horizontal state. The rail installation structure of the present invention comprises: a fixed bracket assembly (110) composed of a pair of brackets (112) installed on an upper surface of a slab (2); a fixed frame (120) disposed between the pair of brackets (112); a rail frame (130) in which a guide groove (134) is provided along a longitudinal direction and wing units (136) are provided on both ends to be installed on the fixed frame (120); a guide rail (140) in which a sliding guide groove (142) is provided along the longitudinal direction to be inserted into the guide groove (134), and a roller (51) of a sliding door (50) is inserted into the sliding guide groove (142) for rolling; and a horizontal adjustment unit (150) which adjusts the fixed frame (120) to be in a horizontal state.
본 발명의 목적은 시공성을 향상시킨 현관 중문의 레일 설치 구조를 제공하고자 하는 것으로, 본 발명의 구성은 현관 중문 시공 장소의 슬라브(2) 상면에 설치되는 나란한 한 쌍의 브라켓(112)으로 이루어진 고정 브라켓 어셈블리(110); 상기 고정 브라켓 어셈블리(110)의 한 쌍의 상기 브라켓(112) 사이에 배치되는 고정 프레임(120); 길이 방향을 따라 상부로 개방된 가이드홈(134)이 구비되고 양쪽 단부에는 날개부(136)가 구비되어 상기 고정 프레임(120)에 설치되며 상기 날개부(136)의 상면에는 마루 바닥재가 얹혀지는 레일 프레임(130); 길이 방향을 따라 상부로 개방된 슬라이딩 가이드홈(142)이 구비되어 상기 레일 프레임(130)의 상기 가이드홈(134)에 삽입되며, 양쪽 단부의 레일 윙편(144)은 상기 레일 프레임(130)의 상단부에 얹혀져서 설치되며, 상기 슬라이딩 가이드홈(142)에는 슬라이딩 도어(50)의 롤러(51)가 삽입되어 구름 운동되도록 하는 가이드 레일(140); 상기 고정 프레임(120)을 상기 고정 브라켓 어셈블리(110)를 기준으로 수평 상태가 되도록 조정하는 수평 조정 유닛(150);을 포함하고, 상기 고정 프레임(120)의 좌우 측면에는 길이 방향으로 연장된 사이드 행거 돌편(122)이 더 구비되어, 상기 사이드 행거 돌편(122)을 상기 고정 브라켓 어셈블리(110)의 한 쌍의 브라켓(112)의 상단부에 걸쳐서 상기 고정 프레임(120)을 상기 고정 브라켓 어셈블리(110)에 거치시키도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.

A purpose of the present invention is to provide a rail installation structure of an inner entrance door, which allows the inner entrance door to be stably and easily opened and closed in a horizontal state.
