CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF BRIDGE USING OVERLAPPED PILES AND BRIDGE USING OVERLSPPED PILES
The present invention relates to a method for constructing a bridge using overlapped pile walls and the bridge. The method comprises: a step of constructing plain concrete piles separately at an interval smaller than the diameter of a reinforced concrete pile along the circumferential surface of the footing foundation of an abutment or a pier, which is a substructure of the bridge, and constructing the reinforced concrete piles to be overlapped with the plain concrete piles and between plain concrete piles to construct overlapped piles; a step of excavating an upper part and the inside of the overlapped pile walls and constructing the footing foundation to be integrally formed with the overlapped pile walls; and a step of constructing a superstructure of the bridge on an upper side of the footing foundation. The present invention allows the overlapped pile walls and the footing foundation together to efficiently resist a load such as a vertical load, a horizontal load, or the like, transmitted from an upper part of the bridge, thereby enhancing constructability, economic feasibility, and stability of the substructure of the bridge and having excellent quality.
본 발명은 교량의 하부구조인 교대 또는 교각의 확대기초 둘레 주면을 따라 하기 보강 콘크리트말뚝의 직경보다 좁은 간격으로 이격되게 무근 콘크리트말뚝들을 시공하면서, 상기 무근 콘크리트말뚝들의 사이사이에 이들과 겹치게 보강 콘크리트말뚝들을 시공하여 겹침주열말뚝벽체를 시공하는 단계; 상기 겹침주열말뚝벽체의 상부와 내부를 굴착하고 상기 겹침주열말뚝벽체와 일체로 형성되게 상기 확대기초를 시공하는 단계; 상기 확대기초의 상측에 교량의 상부구조를 시공하는 단계를 포함하는 겹침주열말뚝벽체를 이용한 교량 시공방법 및 교량이다. 본 발명은 교량의 상부로부터 전달되는 연직하중이나 수평하중 등의 하중에 겹침주열말뚝벽체와 확대기초가 함께 효율적으로 저항하도록 함으로써, 교량 하부구조의 시공성, 경제성, 안정성이 증대되고, 품질이 우수하다.
