The present invention relates to a liquid snow removal agent manufacturing and spraying apparatus for a snow removal vehicle, comprising: a manufacturing unit mounted on the snow removal vehicle; a storage tank; and a spraying unit. According to the present invention, when a liquid snow removal agent stored in the storage tank runs out while spraying the liquid snow removal agent, as water is easily supplied from a nearby gas station, rest area, and so on, the liquid snow removal agent can be prepared and the storage tank can be filled therewith. Therefore, a snow removal operation distance of the liquid snow removal agent can be significantly increased. Moreover, when the stored liquid snow removal agent is insufficient during spraying, inconvenience of having to return to a supply site, replenish the liquid snow removal agent in the storage tank, and then return to a road to resume a snow removal operation is eliminated. In addition, since a time and a cost required for a user to return and replenish the snow removal agent are reduced, the snow removal operation can be performed quickly and efficiently.
본 발명은 제설차에 장착되는 제조유닛과, 저장탱크와, 분사유닛을 구비한다. 이로 인해, 액상 제설제 살포 중 저장탱크에 저장된 액상 제설제가 부족해지는 경우 근처 주유소, 휴게소 등에서 쉽게 물을 공급받아 바로 액상 제설제를 제조하여 저장탱크를 채울 수 있다. 따라서 액상 제설제의 제설작업 거리를 현저히 늘릴 수 있다. 또한, 살포 중 저장된 액상 제설제가 부족해지면 보급처로 복귀하여 저장탱크에 액상 제설제를 보충한 후 다시 해당 도로로 돌아가서 제설작업을 재개해야 하는 불편을 해소하고, 복귀하고 보충하는데 걸리는 시간, 비용을 줄여 신속하고 효율적인 제설작업을 수행할 수 있다.
