BASKET INPUT APPARATUS OF GLASS TEMPERATURE FURNACE
The present invention relates to a basket-inserting apparatus for a glass-tempering furnace, which can automatically insert a basket loaded with glass into a tempering furnace in a small workspace, thereby maximizing spatial utilization. The present invention comprises: columns vertically installed on both left and right sides of the tempering furnace; a crossbeam horizontally connecting the columns on both sides; a slider connected to be transported to both sides according to the crossbeam; a basket which is disposed below the slider to be vertically movable and in which glass is loaded; a driving unit which vertically moves the basket, so that the basket is introduced into the tempering furnace, and transfers the slider to the left and right. The driving unit includes: a lifting member which vertically moves the basket; left/right transfer members which transfer the slider left and right; and front/rear transfer members which transfer the basket back and forth. According to the present invention, a basket that is raised and lowered by a sprocket and a lifting chain can be automatically inserted into a tempering furnace in a factory of which the ceiling is not high, and thus spatial utilization can be maximized.
본 발명은 협소한 작업 공간 내에서 글래스를 적재한 바스켓을 강화로에 자동으로 투입하여 공간 활용도를 극대화할 수 있는 글래스 강화로의 바스켓 투입장치에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 강화로의 좌우 양측에 각각 수직으로 설치되는 컬럼, 상기 양측 컬럼을 수평으로 연결하는 크로스빔, 상기 크로스빔을 따라 양측으로 이송하게 연결된 슬라이더, 상기 슬라이더의 하부에 승강 가능하게 배치되어 글래스가 적재된 바스켓, 상기 바스켓을 강화로에 투입하도록 승강시키며 상기 슬라이더를 좌우로 이송시키는 구동부를 포함하되, 상기 구동부는 상기 바스켓을 승강시키는 승강부재, 상기 슬라이더를 좌우로 이송시키는 좌우이송부재, 상기 바스켓을 전후로 이송시키는 전후이송부재를 포함하는 것을 기술사상으로 한다. 따라서, 본 발명은 층고가 높지 않은 공장 내에서 스프로킷과 승강체인에 의해 승강하는 바스켓을 강화로에 자동으로 투입할 수 있으므로 공간 활용도를 극대화할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a basket-inserting apparatus for a glass-tempering furnace, which can automatically insert a basket loaded with glass into a tempering furnace in a small workspace, thereby maximizing spatial utilization. 본 발명은 협소한 작업 공간 내에서 글래스를 적재한 바스켓을 강화로에 자동으로 투입하여 공간 활용도를 극대화할 수 있는 글래스 강화로의 바스켓 투입장치에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 강화로의 좌우 양측에 각각 수직으로 설치되는 컬럼, 상기 양측 컬럼을 수평으로 연결하는 크로스빔, 상기 크로스빔을 따라 양측으로 이송하게 연결된 슬라이더, 상기 슬라이더의 하부에 승강 가능하게 배치되어 글래스가 적재된 바스켓, 상기 바스켓을 강화로에 투입하도록 승강시키며 상기 슬라이더를 좌우로 이송시키는 구동부를 포함하되, 상기 구동부는 상기 바스켓을 승강시키는 승강부재, 상기 슬라이더를 좌우로 이송시키는 좌우이송부재, 상기 바스켓을 전후로 이송시키는 전후이송부재를 포함하는 것을 기술사상으로 한다. 따라서, 본 발명은 층고가 높지 않은 공장 내에서 스프로킷과 승강체인에 의해 승강하는 바스켓을 강화로에 자동으로 투입할 수 있으므로 공간 활용도를 극대화할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
