Composite insulation for buildings with excellent flame retardant and moisture-proof performance and improved energy efficiency
An objective of the present invention is to provide an interior and exterior composite insulation material for a building having quasi-noncombustible performance with excellent moisture-proof performance and flame retardant performance, which is equal to or more than the quasi-noncombustible performance, while maintaining thermal insulation performance by maintaining the initial thermal conductivity. The interior and exterior composite insulation material for the building with quasi-incombustible performance according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first heat insulation layer formed of foam-styrene (EPS) and having quasi-noncombustible performance; a second heat insulation layer formed on the first heat insulation layer, including a nitrile butylene rubber (NBR) rubber foam insulation material and having quasi-noncombustible performance; and a flame retardant adhesive layer formed between the first heat insulation layer and the second heat insulation layer, wherein the NBR rubber foam insulation material includes, with respect to 100 parts by weight of NBR, 40 to 50 parts by weight of magnesium hydroxide, 1.5 to 4.0 parts by weight of sulfur, 1.5 to 3.5 parts by weight of adipic acid ester, 1.5 to 3.5 parts by weight of diamino diphenyl methane, 15 to 25 parts by weight of zinc oxide, 4 to 7 parts by weight of talc, 2.5 to 3.0 parts by weight of a foaming agent, and 8 to 15 parts by weight of a foaming aid. The NBR rubber foam insulation material has a thermal conductivity of 0. 034 W/mK or less and a moisture permeability coefficient of μ-value (mu-value) >= 10,000, and the flame retardant adhesive layer includes a chloroprene rubber adhesive.
본 발명의 목적은 초기의 열전도율을 유지하여 단열성능을 유지하면서도, 준불연 이상의 난연성능과 방습성능이 우수한 준불연 성능의 건축물 내외장 복합 단열재를 제공하기 위한 것으로서, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 준불연 성능의 건축물 내외장 복합 단열재는 발포스티렌(EPS)으로 형성되며 준불연 성능을 가지는 제1단열층; 상기 제1단열층 위에 형성되며, NBR (Nitrile Butylene Rubber) 고무발포 단열재를 포함하며 준불연 성능을 가지는 제2단열층; 및 상기 제1단열층과 상기 제2단열층 사이에 형성되는 난연성 접착제층;을 포함하며, 상기 NBR (Nitrile Butylene Rubber) 고무발포 단열재는 니트릴 부틸렌 고무 (Nitrile Butylene Rubber: NBR) 100 중량부에 대하여, 수산화 마그네슘 : 40 ~ 50 중량부, 황 : 1.5 ~ 4.0 중량부, 아디핀산에스테르 : 1.5 ~ 3.5 중량부, 디아미노디페닐메탄 : 1.5 ~ 3.5 중량부, 산화 아연 : 15 ~ 25 중량부, 탈크(talc) : 4 ~ 7 중량부, 발포제 : 2.5 ~ 3.0 중량부 및 발포 보조제 : 8 ~ 15 중량부를 포함하며, 열전도율이 0. 034 W/mK 이하이고, 투습저항계수 μ-value ("mu-value") ≥ 10,000이며, 상기 난연성 접착제층은 클로로프렌 고무 접착제를 포함한다.
