The invention relates to a folding escape staircase. More particularly, the folding escape staircase comprises a stair unit, one end of which is coupled to a moving passage formed on a base surface in an emergency evacuation area inside a building and, when folded and unfolded, allows an evacuee to step on and move to a lower floor, and a cover unit rotatably coupled to the top of the moving passage to open and close the moving passage. Accordingly, the folding escape staircase is installed in the emergency evacuation area of high-rise buildings and other complex buildings so that in the event of an emergency such as a fire in the building, evacuees in the building can quickly evacuate from their current location to the lower floor.
발명은 접이식 피난계단에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, 고층 건물 및 기타 복합건물의 비상대피구역에 설치되어, 건물에 화재와 같은 위급상황 발생 시, 건물 내의 대피자들이 각 현재위치에서 아래층으로 신속하게 대피할 수 있도록 일단이 건물 내부의 비상대피구역에서 기저면에 형성된 이동통로에 결합되고, 절첩 가능하여 펴졌을 경우, 대피자가 발을 디디고 아래층으로 이동 가능하게 하는 계단부 및 상기 이동통로를 개폐하기 위해 상기 이동통로의 상부에 회전 가능하게 결합되는 덮개부로 이루어진다.
