The present invention relates to an earth plate leveling device for a rock crushing protection facility, capable of easily installing an earth plate such that the earth plate is leveled, and preventing a gap between the earth plate and a floor surface, and a construction method for a rock crushing protection facility using the same. To achieve the purpose, in accordance with the present invention, the earth plate leveling device comprises a beam member formed with a predetermined length on a floor between a pair of H-beams installed at regular intervals, wherein at one end of the beam member, a height adjusting bolt for adjusting the height of the upper end by screw assembly is installed, and after the earth plate is seated on the beam member, the height adjusting bolt is used to adjust the height of the bottom of one end of the earth plate, thereby leveling the earth plate while covering a gap between the earth plate and the floor through the beam member.
본 발명은 토류판이 수평을 이루도록 쉽게 설치할 수 있고, 토류판과 바닥면 사이에 이격된 틈이 형성되지 않도록 하는 암파쇄 방호시설용 토류판 수평조절장치 및 이를 이용한 암파쇄 방호시설 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 상기의 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 암파쇄 방호시설용 토류판 수평조절장치는, 소정 간격을 두고 설치되는 한 쌍의 H빔 사이의 바닥에 소정 길이를 가지는 빔부재로 이루어지고, 상기 빔부재의 일단 부분에는, 나사 조립에 의해 상단의 높이가 조절되는 높이조절볼트가 설치되며, 토류판이 상기 빔부재 위에 안착된 다음, 상기 높이조절볼트를 이용하여 상기 토류판 일단 저면의 높이를 조절하는 것으로 상기 토류판의 수평을 조절함과 동시에 상기 토류판과 바닥 사이의 틈이 상기 빔부재를 통해 커버되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
