Ceiling-mounted hot and cold water distributor
According to the present invention, provided is a ceiling-embedded cold and hot water distributor. According to the present invention, a cold water inlet pipe and a hot water inlet pipe connected to a boiler are connected, by a connector, to each side of a cold water branch pipe and a hot water branch pipe accommodated inside a box-shaped enclosure embedded in a slab part which is a concrete structure. Also, a plurality of cold water discharge pipes and hot water discharge pipes are connected to the other side of each of the cold and hot water branch pipes by the connector, such that cold water and/or hot water are supplied to a heating coil side installed on an indoor toilet, a washbasin, a bathtub, and other indoor floors. The cold and hot water distributor comprises: an interlocking opening/closing means for interlocking a cover for covering a lower portion of an enclosure with a ceiling inspection opening/closing plate installed on a ceiling plate to simultaneously open and close the same; a horizontal absorbing member for protruding from both ends of the enclosure to be embedded in a slab part, and responding to an earthquake; and a hot water temperature auxiliary heating means in the hot water inlet pipe connected to the hot water branch pipe accommodated in the enclosure. Therefore, maintenance costs can be significantly reduced.
본 발명에 따른 천장 매립형 냉온수 분배기는 콘크리트 구조물인 슬래부에 매립시킨 박스 형태의 함체 내부에 수납된 냉수 및 온수 분기관 각각의 일측에 보일러와 연결된 냉수 유입관 및 온수 유입관을 커넥터에 의하여 접속하고, 냉수 및 온수 분기관 각각의 타측에 복수의 냉수 배출관 및 온수 배출관을 커넥터에 의하여 접속하여 냉수 및/또는 온수를 실내 양변기, 세면대, 욕조 및 기타 실내 바닥에 포설된 난방 코일 측으로 공급되게 하는 냉온수 분배기에 있어서, 상기 함체의 하부를 덮는 덮개와 천장판에 설치된 천장 점검용 개폐판을 연동시켜 동시에 개폐되게 하는 연동 개폐 수단과; 상기 함체 양단에 돌출시켜 슬래부에 매립시킨 지진 시 대응하는 수평 흡수 부재; 및 함체 내부에 수납된 온수 분기관과 접속된 온수 유입관에 온수 온도 보조 가열 수단;을 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

According to the present invention, provided is a ceiling-embedded cold and hot water distributor.
