Disclosed is an ultrafine dust filtration system with a removable ventilation means. According to the present invention, the ultrafine dust filtration system with a removable ventilation means comprises: a door frame for a window or a door; a primary filtering unit provided on one side of the door frame, and having an insect screen function; a secondary filtering unit installed on one side of the door frame to be spaced apart from the primary filtering unit at a predetermined interval and be movable up and down, and having an ultrafine dust filtering function; and the ventilation means provided between the primary and secondary filtering units, or detachably provided on either side of the primary and secondary filtering units, and introducing fresh air from the outside or exhausts polluted indoor air to the outside to ventilate the interior. Therefore, various effects including ventilating the interior and maintaining proper humidity can be obtained.
