Panel-type guiding wall installation means using a band
The present invention relates to a means for installing a panel-type baffle wall by using a band. When a panel-type baffle wall installed in a water treatment plant to form a flowing water path needs to be installed, in order to quickly and conveniently perform the installation without causing damage to an existing waterproofing facility and the water treatment plant, the installation means is provided to install and fix a panel-type baffle wall to pillars in the water treatment plant, wherein the installation means comprises: a coupling unit inserted into a plurality of fixing holes penetrating both sides of a baffle wall located between the pillars and controlling a tightening fixing force and the length of a band through a control member installed on one side of the band surrounding the pillars; and a fixing unit having anchor bolts installed in a lower part of the ceiling of the water treatment plant and an upper surface of a baffle wall, coming in contact with a wall and the ceiling of the water treatment plant, of a plurality of baffle walls, and connecting the anchor bolts through a connection member. Therefore, the present invention can have an effect of improving durability and maintainability.
본 발명은 밴드를 이용한 패널형 도류벽 설치수단에 관한 것으로, 수처리장에 설치하여 물의 유수로를 형성하는 패널형 도류벽을 설치시 기설치 방수시설 및 수처리장의 손상없이 간편하고 신속하게 설치하도록, 수처리장 내부의 기둥에 패널형 도류벽을 고정 설치하기 위한 설치수단에 있어서, 상기 기둥 사이 위치한 도류벽 양측에 복수개 관통시킨 고정공에 삽입되고 기둥을 감싸는 밴드의 일측에 설치된 조절부재를 통해 밴드의 길이와 조임 고정력을 제어하는 체결부와, 상기 복수개의 도류벽 중 수처리장 천장 및 벽체와 맞닿는 도류벽의 상부면과 수처리장 천장 하부에 앵커볼트가 설치되고 상기 앵커볼트를 연결부재로 연결한 고정부로 이루어져, 내구성 및 유지보수성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
