A door having a structure for automatically opening in case of a disaster according to the present invention, which is a door hingedly coupled to a door frame by upper and lower hinges and including a latch unit configured so that a rotating plate unlocks a latch rod locked in a locking hole of the door frame when a handle is operated, comprises: an unlocking unit for forcibly rotating the rotating plate to unlock the latch rod when a sensing unit sensing the occurrence of disasters including an earthquake and a fire detects the occurrence of a disaster; and a forcible opening unit for forcibly opening a fire door with a reaction force that presses the door frame by making a pressure member protrude toward the door frame in a state in which the latch rod is unlocked by the unlocking unit.
본 발명에 따른 재난 발생시 자동 개방구조를 갖는 도어는, 경첩 또는 상,하부의 힌지를 통하여 도어 프레임에 여닫이 구조로 결합되고, 손잡이 조작시 회전판이 상기 도어 프레임의 잠금공에 걸린 걸쇠로드를 잠금 해제시키도록 된 걸쇠수단을 포함하는 도어로, 지진, 화재를 포함한 재난 발생을 감지하는 감지수단에 의한 재난 발생 감지시, 상기 회전판을 강제 회전시켜 상기 걸쇠로드의 잠금을 해제시키기 위한 잠금해제수단; 및 상기 잠금해제수단이 상기 걸쇠로드의 잠금을 해제시킨 상태에서 가압부재를 상기 도어 프레임 쪽으로 돌출시켜 상기 도어 프레임을 가압하는 반력으로 상기 방화문이 강제 개방되도록 하기 위한 강제개방수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
