4 4 B Multi-cutting apparatus for cutting block of repairing a square shape manhole and method repairing the manhole thereof
The present invention relates to a complex cutting apparatus for rectangular manhole repair work and a cutting construction method of a rectangular cutting block (B) using the same. More specifically, in the cutting of a cutting block (B) of the rectangular manhole by a horizontal cutting line (W1), a vertical cutting line (W2), and a round cutting line (W3), as shown in (나) in FIG. 12, the horizontal cutting line (W1) and the vertical cutting line (W2) are cut by a forward edge blade of a straight cutter (3a) up to P and Q at corner parts (a, b, c, d), and the round cutting line (W3) is also cut by a core drill (6a) at the corner parts with the P and Q as contact points. Tangents of the contact points (P, Q) of the round cutting line (W3) become the horizontal and vertical cutting lines (W1, W2). A remaining uncut part (g) [(나) and (다) in FIG. 13] is cut by a chain cutter (8). Moreover, the cutting means (straight cutter (3a), core drill (6a), and chain cutter (8)) of the cutting block (B) are provided in a single complex cutting device. Accordingly, a cutting operation of the cutting block (B) of the rectangular manhole can be performed efficiently and economically. In addition, the complex cutting device has a simple structure, and thus can be easily moved.
본 발명은 4각 맨홀 보수작업을 위한 복합절단장치 및 이를 이용한 4각 절단블록(B)의 절단시공방법에 관한 것으로 이를 좀 더 구체적으로 말하면, 4각 맨홀의 “절단블록(B)”을 가로방향 절단선(W1)과 세로방향 절단선(W2)과 그리고 라운드절단선(W3)에 의해 절단함에 있어 도12의 (나)에서와 같이 가로방향 및 세로방향절단선(W1)(W2)은 직선커터기(3a)에 의해 그 전진 선단 날이 코너부 (a,b,c,d)쪽에 P, Q까지 절단하고, 또 그 P, Q를 접점으로 코너부에 코어드릴(6a)에 의해 라운드절단선(W3)을 절단하되 라운드절단선(W3)의 접점P, Q의 접선이 가로방향 및 세로방향절단선(W1)(W2)이 되게 하고, 이때 절단되지 않고 남은 미절단부분(g)[도13의 (나)(다)]에 대하여는 체인커터기(8)에 의해 절단되게 하는 한편, “절단블록(B)”의 절단수단[직선커터기(3a)와 코어드릴(6a)과 체인커터기(8)]이 한대의 복합절단장치에 구비됨으로써 4각 맨홀의 “절단블록(B)”의 절단작업이 효율적이고 경제적일 뿐 아니라, 그 구조가 간단하여 이동이 용이하도록 한 발명이다.

In addition, the complex cutting device has a simple structure, and thus can be easily moved.
