REMOVABLE SOUNDPROOF PANEL ASSEMBLY FROM BOTH SIDES
A soundproof panel assembly installed between soundproof wall supports according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a soundproof panel formed in a rectangular shape; an upper frame closely attached to an upper portion of the soundproof panel; a lower frame supporting the soundproof panel at a lower portion of the soundproof panel; side frames in close contact with both sides of the soundproof panel; a first fixing frame fixed to one side of the lower panel so as to fix the soundproof panel from the front surface; a first frame cover fastened to an upper portion of the first fixing frame so as to protect the first fixing frame; a second fixing frame fixed to the other side of the lower panel to fix the soundproof panel from the front surface; and a second frame cover fastened to an upper portion of the second fixing frame so as to protect the second fixing frame. The lower frame is provided as an empty frame made of a metal material having a first thickness. A connection portion to which the first fixing frame and the second fixing frame are connected is formed with a second thickness greater than the first thickness. Protrusion portions protruding and extending downward from the bottom surface of the lower frame are formed on both sides of the bottom surface of the lower frame. The present invention can drastically reduce manpower, time, and costs for maintenance.
본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 방음벽 지주들 사이에 설치되는 방음판 조립체는 직사각형 형태로 형성된 방음 패널, 상기 방음 패널의 상부에 밀착된 상부 프레임, 상기 방음 패널의 하부에서 상기 방음 패널을 지지하는 하부 프레임, 상기 방음 패널의 양 측면에 밀착된 측면 프레임들, 상기 방음 패널을 전면에서 고정하기 위해 상기 하부 패널의 일측에 고정되는 제 1 고정 프레임, 상기 제 1 고정 프레임을 보호하기 위해 상기 제 1 고정 프레임의 상부에 체결되는 제 1 프레임 커버, 상기 방음 패널을 전면에서 고정하기 위해 상기 하부 패널의 타측에 고정되는 제 2 고정 프레임, 상기 제 2 고정 프레임을 보호하기 위해 상기 제 2 고정 프레임의 상부에 체결되는 제 2 프레임 커버를 포함하되, 상기 하부 프레임은 제 1 두께의 금속 재질로 내부가 비어있는 틀로 제공되며, 상기 제 1 고정 프레임 및 상기 제 2 고정 프레임이 접속되는 접속부는 상기 제 1 두께보다 두꺼운 제 2 두께로 형성되고, 상기 하부 프레임의 바닥면의 양측에는 상기 하부 프레임의 바닥면보다 하측으로 돌출되어 연장되는 돌출부를 포함한다.
