WINDOW ASSEMBLY FOR PREVENTING DAMAGE FROM RAINWATER
According to an embodiment, a window assembly for preventing damage due to rainwater, which can temporarily store rainwater, thereby preventing the same from overflowing into a building. The window assembly comprises: a window including sliding grooves; and a window frame on which the window slides. The window frame includes: an inner rail on which an inner window is installed; an outer rail on which an outer window is installed; a rainwater storage disposed between the inner rail and the outer rail to temporarily store rainwater; a frame base on which the inner rail, the outer rail, and the rainwater storage are disposed; and a plurality of openings formed through the outer rail and the rainwater storage so that the rainwater can flow therethrough. The frame base includes: an outer base on which the outer rail and the rainwater storage are disposed and which is inclined downward from the inside to the outside of a building; and an inner base which is formed to be higher than the outer base, and on which the inner rail is disposed.
일 실시 예에 따른 빗물을 일시적으로 저장함으로써 건물 내부로 흘러 넘치는 현상을 방지하는 우수 피해 방지 창호 어셈블리는, 슬라이딩 홈을 포함하는 창문; 및 상기 창문이 슬라이딩하는 창호 프레임을 포함하고, 상기 창호 프레임은, 내부 창문이 설치되는 내부 레일; 외부 창문이 설치되는 외부 레일; 상기 내부 레일 및 상기 외부 레일 사이에 배치되고, 빗물을 일시적으로 저장하는 빗물 저장보; 상기 내부 레일, 상기 외부 레일 및 상기 빗물 저장보가 배치되는 프레임 베이스; 및 상기 외부 레일 및 상기 빗물 저장보를 관통하여 형성되어, 빗물이 유동할 수 있는 복수 개의 개구를 포함하고, 상기 프레임 베이스는, 상기 외부 레일 및 상기 빗물 저장보가 배치되고, 건물의 내부에서 외부로 갈수록 하향 경사진 외측 베이스; 및 상기 외측 베이스보다 높게 형성되고, 상기 내부 레일이 배치되는 내측 베이스를 포함할 수 있다.
