The present invention provides a weed-proof mat comprising: a non-woven fabric layer; a powder layer formed on the non-woven fabric layer and containing a pine needle powder, a charcoal powder, and a pozzolan powder; a compression mat formed on the powder layer; and a flame retardant layer formed on the compression mat. The weed-proof mat according to the present invention applies an eco-friendly powder layer to exhibit antibacterial properties to control bacterial propagation, and applies the compression mat, but a protective coating layer is applied to the compression mat to protect the same from the sun and extend lifespan thereof.
