The present invention relates to a prefabricated house comprising: a frame unit including a vertical frame arranged vertically to the ground surface, and an upper frame arranged on an upper end of the vertical frame to be parallel to the ground surface; a wall body unit coupled to the frame unit and forming four surfaces in a sideway direction of the prefabricated house; and a ceiling unit coupled to the wall body unit and forming a ceiling surface of the prefabricated house. The ceiling unit includes a rainwater tray groove formed along at least a part of a circumferential surface of the prefabricated house. The rainwater tray groove is arranged more toward an inner side of the prefabricated house than toward an outer side surface of the wall body unit when viewed from an upper side. The present invention is able to minimize the cost required to build the prefabricated house.
