The present invention provides an apartment firefighting system for controlling the opening and closing operation of a door provided in a fire alarm device which detects the occurrence of a fire and sounds an alarm. When a terminal possessed by an authorized manager approaches any one fire alarm device among a plurality of fire alarm devices within a certain distance, an open signal is generated in a management server which manages the fire alarm device. When any one of the fire alarm devices receives the open signal, a door closing the front of any one of the fire alarm devices is opened, according to the apartment firefighting system and a door opening method of a firefighting alarm device using the same.
본 발명은 화재 발생을 감지하여 경보를 울리는 소방 경보 장치에 구비되는 도어의 개폐동작을 제어하는 공동주택 소방시스템에 있어서, 인가된 관리자가 소지하는 단말기가 복수의 소방 경보 장치 중 어느 하나의 소방 경보 장치에 일정 거리 이내로 접근하면, 상기 소방 경보 장치를 관리하는 관리서버에서 개방신호를 생성하고, 상기 어느 하나의 소방 경보 장치가 상기 개방신호를 전송받으면 상기 어느 하나의 소방 경보 장치의 전면을 폐쇄하고 있는 도어가 개방되는 공동주택 소방시스템 및 이를 이용한 소방 경보 장치의 도어 개방 방법이다.
The present invention provides an apartment firefighting system for controlling the opening and closing operation of a door provided in a fire alarm device which detects the occurrence of a fire and sounds an alarm.
