Hydraulic supply device for rotary quick coupler
The present invention relates to a hydraulic pressure supply apparatus for a rotary quick coupler, which comprises: a first hydraulic pressure line arranged on a fixing block of a main body installed on an arm unit of a heavy equipment, and having a hydraulic pressure passing therethrough; a second hydraulic pressure line arranged on a driving block rotatably connected to the fixing block, and having the hydraulic pressure supplied from the first hydraulic pressure line passing therethrough; and a third hydraulic pressure line coupled to the driving block, arranged on a rotary plate installed on a rotary block rotatably connected to the main body, and having the hydraulic pressure supplied from the second hydraulic pressure line passing therethrough. The second hydraulic pressure line and the third hydraulic pressure line can be connected to each other completely just by coupling the driving block to the rotary plate. The present invention is able to reduce the time and cost required for installation.
본 발명은, 중장비의 암대에 설치되는 본체의 고정블록에 구비되고, 유압이 통과되는 제1유압라인; 상기 고정블록에 회전 가능하게 연결되는 구동블록에 구비되고, 상기 제1유압라인을 통해 공급되는 유압이 통과되는 제2유압라인; 및 상기 구동블록과 결합되고, 상기 본체에 회전 가능하게 연결되는 회전블록에 설치되는 회전플레이트에 구비되고, 상기 제2유압라인을 통해 공급되는 유압이 통과되는 제3유압라인을 포함하고, 상기 구동블록을 상기 회전플레이트에 결합하는 작업만으로 상기 제2유압라인과 상기 제3유압라인의 연결작업이 완료되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
