The present invention relates to an elastic waterproofing composition, wherein an intermediate waterproofing paint layer is formed with a composition composed of a nonwoven or woven fabric and an elastic waterproofing material on a base surface to improve adhesion, tensile strength, and elasticity, thereby effectively responding to behavior acting on the base surface, and consequently improving and maintaining waterproofing performance. To this end, an elastic complex waterproofing structure of the present invention comprises a membrane layer placed on a primer layer with a certain thickness applied to a base surface, and an intermediate waterproofing paint layer with a certain thickness applied to the top of the membrane layer to exhibit waterproofing performance through a waterproofing layer of the coating. The intermediate waterproofing paint layer is made of an elastic waterproof material that enhances tensile strength and elasticity. The elastic waterproof material composition includes 15 to 45 parts by weight of a water-soluble urethane-acrylic emulsion, 20 to 40 parts by weight of a rubber-based latex binder resin, 5 to 25 parts by weight of a pigment, 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of porous polymer powder, 3 to 20 parts by weight of a filler, 0.5 to 2 parts by weight of an adhesion enhancer, 2 to 5 parts by weight of an additive, and 3 to 10 parts by weight of water.
본 발명은 탄성방수재 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 바탕면에 대하여 부직포 또는 직포와 탄성방수재 조성물로 이루어진 중도용 방수도료층이 복합적으로 이루어짐으로써, 부착성과, 인장강도 및 탄성력의 향상에 의해 바탕면에 작용하는 거동에 효과적으로 대응하여 방수성능을 향상 및 유지할 수 있도록 하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 발명은, 바탕면에 일정두께의 프라이머가 도포된 프라이머층에 포설되는 멤브레인층과, 상기 멤브레인층 상에 일정두께 도포되어 도막의 방수층을 통해 방수성능을 발휘하도록 중도용 방수도료층을 포함하는 탄성복합방수구조에 있어서, 상기 중도용 방수도료층은, 인장강도 및 탄성력을 향상시키도록 하는 탄성방수재로 조성되고; 상기 탄성방수재 조성물은, 15 ~ 45중량부의 수용성 우레탄-아크릴 에멀젼과; 20 ~ 40중량부의 고무계 라텍스 바인더수지와; 5 ~ 25중량부의 안료와; 0.1 ~ 5중량부의 중공 폴리머분말과; 3 ~ 20중량부의 체질안료와; 0.5 ~ 2중량부의 부착증진제와; 2 ~ 5중량부의 첨가제; 및 3 ~ 10중량부의 물;로 조성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
